I’m a Crochet and Knit Instructor. At a young age I learned how to knit and crochet. I came back as an adult and picked up my hooks and needles to ground and soothe myself.

My designs have been published Internationally, and I’ve taught all over the world!

I teach and write patterns so you can experience the healing power of wool (or your favorite fiber) too!

Clear Instruction and Hands-On Experience

My workshops are full of lots of learning and trying. Students learn best by doing! When you learn something new with me, I’ll show you how and then you get to try. You’ll receive positive encouragement and enthusiasm. Experimentation and questions are a welcome part of the learning process.

Designs and Patterns

Use my patterns like a road map and add your creative vision with the yarn and colors you love. I develop and write patterns that I want to make and wear. Most patterns are written for an advanced beginner skill level. Experienced Crocheters and Knitters will find my patterns oh-so-satisfying. Most designs have a lot of repetition – easy enough to watch along with a movie, with an enticing twist at just the right time to keep things interesting!

On Demand Tutorials

Have you ever thought, “this is so easy I’ll never forget it?”. Then when you finally get back to your project, you get stuck because you can’t remember? Me, too. Each pattern has a full video tutorial to demonstrate that one skill you need when it’s too late to phone-a-friend.
Or maybe you’ve seen a stunning finished project and felt intimidated. You can watch the tutorial and decide if you have the skills and knowledge to try before you purchase the pattern.

In-Person Workshops and Classes

Join me in person! The classroom is a portal in space and time. There is nothing like learning together with a group of other creative people. It’s hard to describe the vibe, but it’s special. I’ve taught everywhere, from big conferences to a small gathering of friends and everything in between.
